Values are the essential constraint, between what an individual believes and his behaviour.
A goal in tune with himself and whose perspective makes him feel good, is a goal first of all in tune with his own values.
Values are not abstract words or concepts, they guide and direct everyone’s conduct, and influence the daily experience.
In Pomme “work” on values, starting from the individuals, to compare them to those expressed by the “vision” and by the corporate “mission”, but even more from the Ethical Code (which starts from the core values), allows to unify the values and the decisions of the individual with those of the group and thus of the company, fostering cooperation, a sense of belonging, and giving motivation and energy.
In Pomme, it is believed that primary goal is that the values in which the company recognizes itself, allow anyone, whenever he is called to make a decision, to keep in mind that it is not only interests that are at stake their own rights and duties, but also those of others. In other words, you must be aware that everyone’s well-being and respect must always be taken as a reference, at every stage of daily action.
