Organizational Planning, in Pomme, aims to carry out the division and coordination process of work, consisting of people and technologies.
Joint action between these two factors produces the company behavior.
Pomme Organizational Planning is based on a graphic representation of company organization (organization chart), with a hierarchical structure, where partners are at the top, then there is top management, areas (which are the basic structure of the company), and at the end executives (employees and workers).
Areas are divided by task, and in each of them there is an Area Manager, who is the spokesman, for those who work in it.

Organizational Planning, will then indicate areas composition, and functions (duties), of each member, denoting referents and work behavior and relationship.
The approach is based on functions connection, among them, with democratic management and wide tasks delegation.
Therefore, planning becomes an important tool for solving problems, so that everyone can perform their duties, with the most satisfactory result, to achieve the objectives set.
It is through this structure that each individual builds his or her own corporate identity, based on Plus System logics.
