The Business<\/h2><\/div><\/div>
<\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column][vc_column_text]Pomme (as indicated below in the Historical Description), was founded in 1979, firstly as a simple cooperation and then as a General Partnership, from the idea of two shareholders (Rosetta Firmani and Ugo Pomponi), to carry out activities on behalf of third-party, producing bags for women, men, travel items and small accessories.
\nIn 2016 there was a generational change, in which the two historic shareholders left the leadership of the company to the children (of one of them), who had already worked in the company for some time, as managers.<\/p>\n

Firstly, the legal status of the Pomme Manifatture has been changed from a General Partnership <\/strong>to a Limited Liability Company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To this, to give to the company more solidity and reliability towards the Stakeholders, it is followed the decision of the Shareholders Meeting<\/strong> to establish and consequently to entrust the governance of the Company to a Board of Directors<\/strong>, (who has appointed a Chief Executive Officier<\/strong>), as follows:<\/p>\n

    Always following the solidity and reliability principles, towards all the Stakeholders, it has been constituted a Share Capital, \u20ac 1,000,000.00<\/strong> (fully paid up).<\/p>\n

    The new management, deeming a company reorganization necessary, obtained a management aimed at the evolution of methods and systems, according to the most advanced business models, in terms of flexibility, effectiveness and efficiency, implementing management logics inspired by ethics<\/strong> and eco-sustainability<\/strong>, based on the centrality of the human element<\/strong>, and full customer satisfaction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    It therefore introduced an “Organizational Structure”, including: Managerial Foundations, Organizational Planning, Strategic Program, Management Process, giving a government address based on democratic guidance, broad delegation, extensive circulation of information, and shared decisions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    This was followed by the construction of an “operational” headquarters, with a highly prestigious and technically relevant structure of 3,000 square meters. covered and 8,000 uncovered and the renovation of an existing one, intended for “logistics”, of 1,300 square meters. covered and 1,000 uncovered.<\/p>\n

    Technologically advanced machinery and equipment were acquired, all supported by advanced software and techniques: Lean Thinking, Industry 4.0, WtRendy Plus<\/strong> (the most innovative ERP management software, aimed at fashion), and other Application Systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The most adequate integrated<\/strong> management systems<\/strong> have been achieved: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 31000, IS0 27001, SA 8000.<\/p>\n

    Compliant human resources with a high professional profile (both managerial and operational) were identified, reaching a workforce of 61 employees, with an increase forecast, as the strategy is aimed at the entry of new and qualified customers.
    \nAll Pomme operators (managers, employees and workers) have high-level skills, guaranteeing excellent results, also with the support of courses, seminars, conferences, congresses, and other training tools.<\/p>\n

    The Top Management, as mentioned, is made up of the Chief Executive Officer (with cultural background in economic studies, and valid managerial skills), flanked by consultants with relevant senior management experience.
    \nThere is a professional Management, made up of Directors and Deputy Directors (and Officers), with leadership and problem solving skills.<\/p>\n

    Pomme, in an organized, highly efficient environment, with a company policy aimed at continuous innovation and a philosophy oriented towards the future, is based on a well-cohesive, professional and competent “group” where, on the basis of sharing and wide circulation of information, everyone knows: where the company is going, what are the objectives and what are the most suitable methods and actions to achieve them.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_row][vc_column]
