<\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]The Creation and Pattern Making Area, is led by a Director<\/strong>, with high preparation (courses, training and stages<\/strong>), and with twenty-years over experience<\/strong>, in the function of “advanced” pattern making, for the most prestigious luxury brands, both in the national and international markets.
\nA Deputy Director<\/strong> support this Area. He has a broad cultural level in the fashion sector (Istituto Europeo di Design Degree<\/strong>), and possesses high professional skills, both technical and managerial, of the entire luxury sector.
\nIn addiction, a Senior Model Makers<\/strong>\u00a0(Master Leather Goods<\/strong>), who has a suitable culture, and many years of experience, who provides contributions to the most important fashion brands, and teaches in teaching institutions of the highest international level.
\nIn support, an individuality is provided, with suitables competences of the General Secretariat.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”6069″ img_size=”990×690″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”4056″ img_size=”990×690″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”4058″ img_size=”990×690″][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]The Creation and Model Making Area is the “heart” of the company<\/strong>; relevant “challenges” revolve around it. It is inspirational of innovative proposal (concerning the optimization of the realization of products), deriving from the continuous research and study of advanced methodologies and system, with the skilful use of pattern making mean and processes, in a context of computerization and advanced techniques.<\/p>\n

The area, which has a surface of \u200b\u200bover 350 square meters<\/strong>, and a substantial number of operators (4 model makers and 1 prototype maker<\/strong>), machinery, equipment and systems (listed below), which allow it to be fully self-sufficient<\/strong>, is divided into two sectors:<\/p>\n

  • Creation Sector<\/strong>, which includes the Design and Creative Department;<\/li>\n
  • Pattern Making Sector<\/strong>, which is made up of 2 Departments: Planning Development and Execution Department, and Prototype Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”5140″ img_size=”full”][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”3847,5142,3851,5000,5148,5146″ img_size=”165×165″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Creation Sector, which consists of professional figures able to design original and exclusive products, bases its action on the close collaboration with the Stylists<\/strong> of its customers, becoming their support, with the maximum technical value, of “image” of effectiveness and efficiency, keeping the designer\u2019s original idea.<\/p>\n

    The Pattern Making Sector (which draws up the Implementation Plan<\/strong>) “designs” and develops solutions of form and structure, which make the product excellent in appearance and substance, simplifying the industrialization of the product (prototype), and thus facilitating its realization (with considerable impact on costs).<\/p>\n

    The Pattern Making Area based on a specific Implementation Plan<\/strong>, uses the logic of Industry 4.0<\/strong>, and Lean Thinking<\/strong>, and takes advantage of the wTrendy <\/strong>Plus<\/strong> management software (an innovative ERP management software, aimed at fashion<\/strong>), through which it coordinates its function in a rational and efficient way.<\/p>\n

    Pomme\u2019s Creation and Pattern Making Area, as mentioned, has the self-sufficiency of the instrumental means<\/strong>, of which a detailed description<\/strong> is provided hereafter.<\/p>\n
