<\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]The Production and Quality Area is led by a Director<\/strong>, with a broad cultural background and over twenty years\u2019 experience<\/strong>, in the qualified management ot the entire production process, for the most important and affirmed brands<\/strong>.
\nA Deputy Director<\/strong> cooperates, possessing excellent qualifications, both in the correct execution of the production process, and in the advanced management engineering<\/strong> methods, for the scientific planning of production..
\nA Deputy Director<\/strong> is associated, with suitability in the fashion sector (IED Degree<\/strong>), with significant skills in relations with customers and suppliers, and in specialized techniques relating to the management of the production program.
\nIn support, an individuality is provided, with suitables competences of the\u00a0General Secretariat.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”4044″ img_size=”990×690″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”5280″ img_size=”990×690″][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”4075″ img_size=”990×690″][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]The area has a surface of 1,500 square meters<\/strong>. (besides 1,000 square meters<\/strong> of the site destined to logistics<\/strong>), 40 operators<\/strong> (highly specialized), machinery, equipment and plants (listed below), all technologically advanced (mostly new and the remaining reconditioned), carrying out the entire production process internally<\/strong>, with a production capacity of over 60,000 items \/ year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the Production and Quality Area, the research and study of innovative technologies and systems is constant. This brings to the use of the “Industry 4.0<\/strong>” process (industrial automation to improve working conditions, increase productivity and increase quality), the “wTrendy Plus<\/strong>” system (an innovative ERP management system, aimed at fashion), and the \u201cLean Thinking\u201d<\/strong> methodology (management style applied to the internal and external organization, to eliminate waste and lead processes to excellence),\u00a0and other optimization\u00a0Application Systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pomme\u2019s Production and Quality Area is divided into two sectors:<\/p>\n

  • Production Sector<\/strong>, made up of 3 Departments:\n

    • Logistics Department, in which 4 Sections operate;<\/li>\n
    • Cutting Department, in which 2 Sections and 2 Processes operate;<\/li>\n
    • Manufacturing Department, in which 4 Sections and 9 Processes operate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Quality Sector,<\/strong> made up of 2 Departments:\n

        • Quality Analysis Department, in which 3 Sections operate;<\/li>\n
        • External Performance Department, in which 2 Sections operate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”3855″ img_size=”330×230″][vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”3857,5037,3859,5035,3861,6039,6041,6043,3864,6045″ img_size=”165×165″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]During the meeting with the Modelling Area (Industrialization Committee) the Production Sector receives the \u201cindications\u201d to carry out a correct production and after that elaborates the Production Plan<\/strong>, through which the mass production is scientifically planned, based on the principle of absolute customer satisfaction, and therefore of excellence.<\/p>\n

          In the Quality Sector, the method used is a Quality Control<\/strong> by each operator of every work phase<\/strong> that is carried out. In this way, the product reache the “Final Quality Control”, checked multiple times, makinig the presence of defects and imperfections, “very difficult”.\u00a0 All this, is part of a mentality that prevails in the Production Sector (and throughout th Pomme), which is that of conceiving total quality, as the sole purpose of each process performed (also based on the ISO Certifications acquired).<\/p>\n

          Production Area acts on the basis of an appropriate Production Plan<\/strong> (by which rationalizes and optimizes the whole process), uses logics of the Industry 4.0<\/strong>, and of the Lean Thinking<\/strong>, setting up the management on the basis of the wTrendy Plus<\/strong> (an innovative ERP management software aimed at fashion<\/strong>), by means of that it coordinates all the most advanced functions for the correct execution of planning.<\/p>\n

          The Production and Quality Area has state-of-the-art machinery <\/strong>(most of which new, and the remaining fully reconditioned), of which an extensive and detailed describtion <\/strong>is given\u00a0below.<\/p>\n
