Core Values<\/h2><\/div><\/div>

\nA goal in tune with himself and whose perspective makes him feel good, is a goal first of all in tune with his own values.
\nValues are not abstract words or concepts, they guide and direct everyone\u2019s conduct, and influence the daily experience.<\/p>\n

In Pomme \u201cwork\u201d on values, starting from the individuals, to compare them to those expressed by the \u201cvision\u201d and by the corporate \u201cmission\u201d, but even more from the Ethical Code (which starts from the core values), allows to unify the values and the decisions of the individual with those of the group and thus of the company, fostering cooperation, a sense of belonging, and giving motivation and energy.<\/p>\n

In Pomme, it is believed that primary goal is that the values in which the company recognizes itself, allow anyone, whenever he is called to make a decision, to keep in mind that it is not only interests that are at stake their own rights and duties, but also those of others. In other words, you must be aware that everyone’s well-being and respect must always be taken as a reference, at every stage of daily action.
\nStarting from these premises, here follows the classification of Pomme \u201cCore Values\u201d.<\/p>\n

IN THE COMPANY THERE ARE NO CHIEFS BUT EXPERT AND PROFESSIONALE GUIDES.<\/p>\n

EACH OF US IS FIRST OF ALL AN INDIVIDUAL, AND FOR THIS WE RECEIVE RESPECT FOR OUR DIGNITY AS PERSON, AND WE BEHAVE WITH OTHERS IN THE SAME WAY.<\/p>\n

WE HAVE NO PREJUDICES OF ANY KIND, AND WE ARE FOR THE BELONGING.<\/p>\n

THERE ARE NO CRONYISM BUT ONLY MERITOCRACY.<\/p>\n

WE HAVE NO RIVALRY WITH ANYONE, AND DO NOT CRITICIZE ANYONE; BECAUSE WE RESPECT EVERYONE, AND WE DEMAND RESPECT FROM EVERYONE.<\/p>\n

WE ARE NOT SUPERB OR PRESUMPTUOUS, BUT DETERMINED, CONCRETE, DILIGENT, RESPONSIBLE, HONEST, SERIOUS AND RELIABLE.<\/p>\n

WE FEEL WELL IN GROUP WORK, AND THUS AS A TEAM.<\/p>\n

WE HAVE CONTINUOUS INFORMATION EXCHANGE.<\/p>\n

WE KNOW OUR WORK, AND WE PUT CONSTANT EFFORT TO OPTIMIZE IT, WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND DEDICATION.<\/p>\n

WE ARE CONTINUOUSLY LOOKING FOR THE BEST SOLUTIONS, TOWARDS EVERYTHING WE DO.<\/p>\n

WE ACQUIRE THE CORPORATE CULTRE WHICH WE PERCEIVE AS A RESOURCE FOR OUR GROWTH.<\/p>\n

WE BELIEVE IN THE COMPANY PROJECT, AND WE PUT COMMITMENT AND PASSION TO REACH THE GOALS THAT ARE SHARED WITH ALL OF US.<\/p>\n

THE VISION, THE MISSION, THE ETHICAL CODE AND THESE CORE VALUES ARE OUR REFERENCE MODELS.<\/p>\n

It is important to keep in mind these principles because they represent the virtuous style of work and management that must be present in a truly reliable company organization, such as that of Pomme.
\nWithout them it is impossible to establish a corporate culture, and therefore to proceed to the creation of a strong awareness of the common good.
\nCorporate culture, composed of vision, mission, ethical code and these core values, which is therefore the compound of specific value principles, meanings and ways of thinking and acting, shared by all the members of the company organization, which determines the behaviour of members themselves, both inside and outside the company.[\/vc_column_text]
